Mandy Thomasson brings outstanding skill sets to the Thomasson Marketing Group with a background in the Insurance and Banking industries. Mandy’s primary responsibilities include inside sales support for the sales organization, where she provides an invaluable service to our internal & external customers.

Mandy is the Secretary/Treasurer and Chief Administrative Officer & Controller for the company as well. Mandy has been with TMG since 2003.

Jordan M. Thomasson, a second generation to the Electronic Security Industry comes to TMG with over 18 years of Industry experience. Most recently Jordan worked for the Greater Alarm Company in Irvine, CA as a Marketing & Sales Specialist and ADI a Division of Honeywell, in Orange, CA as a Sales Assistant.

is a 2002 graduate of Pepperdine University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Jordan has been with TMG since 2005.

Jordan is the Vice President and CFO for TMG and is also the Regional Sales Manager in Southern California.

Michael McCloskey has joined the Thomasson Marketing Group as the Distribution Sales Manager for the Southern California Region. He will be responsible for managing and supporting the distribution channel sales in Southern California.

After spending 20 years in the Mortgage Industry, Michael decided to pursue a career in the IT & Tech Industry. Most recently, Michael has managed the Customer Service & RMA Department for the Wiston Group, a wholesale distributor in the IT Industry.

Michael enjoys spending time with his wife Wendy and son Lucas and when time permits he is a avid sports enthusiast.

Ray Smick has joined the Thomasson Marketing Group as the Regional Sales Manager in the Pacific Northwest Region which consists of the states of Alaska, Idaho,Oregon & Washington.

Ray brings 20+ years of industry experience, product knowledge, customer support and high energy to the Thomasson Marketing Group Team.

Most recently, Ray was the Pacific Northwest Sales Manager for Seevid, a manufacturers representative company. Ray started his career in the early 1990’s with an independent national distributor, Arius as the shipping and receiving manager where he eventually moved into Inside Sales. Ray continued his career with a 10 year tenure with ADI where he made significant contributions in Sales and as a Branch Manager. Ray made further contributions as the Business Development Manager for the TRI-ED organization for 4 years prior to joining Seevid.

When Ray is not rooting for the Seattle Seahawks he enjoys time with his Son, Family, Friends, and all aspects of the outdoors, the PNW has to offer.

Nick Sunderman is a Regional Sales Representative on the Southern California Team. Nick is responsible for managing the sales growth in Los Angeles, Ventura, Kern, Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties.

A 34-year veteran of the Security & Systems Integration industry, Nick brings a wide variety of experience with Protection One, ADT and most recently Post Alarm Systems in Sales, Sales Management & Operations.

Nick states, “My years of experience, industry knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be successful has helped me to be who I am today”. Nick and his wife have been married 26 years and they have two grown children. When not spending quality time with his wife, he enjoys tournament bass fishing and playing soccer.

Joshua Thomasson has joined TMG as a Regional Sales Representative in Southern California. While Joshua is new to the industry, he is a second generation to embark upon the Systems Integration Industry. Prior to joining TMG, Joshua was a Mathematics Teacher at Damien High School. Joshua is also the Head Varsity Water Polo Coach at Damien & St. Lucy’s High School and until recently also held the position of Head Boys 16U & 14U Coach for the Foothill Water Polo Club. Josh is a 2014 Graduate of Claremont McKenna with a degree in Economics-Accounting, where he also played 4 years of NCAA Varsity Water Polo, winning 2 conference championships.

With thirty plus years in the physical security industry, Pete Prior has comprehensive experience working with customers from all spectrums of the security, fire/life safety, low-voltage business. Starting out as a technician and systems designer, Pete graduated to sales through distribution and then on to successful regional and account management roles with manufacturers on perfect timing of industry wide technical advances and emerging technologies.

Pete began his career in NY/NJ and moved to the West Coast some twenty years ago. He has built relationships on both coasts and most places in between performing roles in team management and national accounts while working with some of the best-known names in our industry. Now, after his most recent tenure with a successful turn on the integrator side of the business, Pete is bringing his experience and knowledge to Thomasson Marketing Group where he looks forward to quickly establishing himself as a valuable team member for TMG, our manufacturers and customers.

Esho joins TMG as a Regional Sales Representative for Northern California and Northern Nevada, with more than 20 years of expertise in various fields including manufacturing, distribution and security sectors.

Esho started out in operations at AMD. After that, she became a buyer in the manufacturing sector. She volunteered in the schools, participated in little league, and supported her children’s extracurricular activities while being a stay-at-home mom. Esho’s most recent experience was in Inside Sales with VIVOTEK for six and a half years and then as CDVI’s Regional Sales Manager for the Western USA, where she assisted in expanding the market through integrators and distributors.

Esho enjoys seeing new places with the family.  To stay fit she loves to do Bollywood dance classes, Pilates, hot yoga and hiking.  She loves to cheer for the 49er’s, Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s and Fiji Rugby Seven’s.

Phil brings over 16 years of industry experience to the TMG Team.  He will be representing the Pacific Southwest which includes AZ, NM, and Southern NV. Phil brings a wealth of knowledge from his time at DH Pace, TSI, Johnson Control and most recently with Convergint.

Phil is a US Army Veteran who performed as a system integrator and network manager for various military intelligence systems.

In his free time he enjoys working on his house and his new project a military Humvee.

Josh Hegstrom has joined the Thomasson Marketing Group as the Regional Sales Manager for Utah and the Pacific Mountain States Region, with his primary focus being the Utah market. He comes to us with over 20 years of experience as a business owner in the A/V market, and most recently managed the Wesco branch in Utah.

Josh’s favorite things to do in his spare time include travel with his family, spending time with his amazing wife of 20 years, and watching his two teenage sons play baseball.

Brandon Gauthier has joined the Thomasson Marketing Group as our Inside Sales Coordinator.  Although new to the industry, he is a customer service and marketing professional with over 16 year experience and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Cal State University, Fullerton.  Brandon started in the convenience store business with his family where he learned all about customer service and was the marketing manager for one of the top oil change companies in Southern California.

In Brandon’s free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 kids, grilling, going to the beach and traveling to new and exciting places.
